Abstract

Medical practitioners, on the other hand, face numerous human rights violations that are undeniable. There are no adequate legal instruments to protect medical professionals, which is unfortunate. Most of them are in fear, and their safety and protection should be addressed systematically. It is unacceptable to use violence against medical professionals. Not only does it have a negative influence on the mental and physical well-being of those working in healthcare, but it also affects their motivation to provide timely service to the needy. To upscale the safety and protection of medical doctors who face physical attacks from the patient’s relatives. Hence, this research signifies certain dedicated legal instruments to protect medical practitioners and uphold the human rights framework.
